“Another batch of Russian property was sold with a significant increase in the initial price, which, due to the burden of the asset upon arrest and the need to pay VAT by the buyer, was a high auction result. As a result, we now have about one billion hryvnias from the sale of seized assets of Russian origin, which allows increasing the resources of the financing sphere by purchasing war bonds,” said Dmitry Zhoravovich, head of ARMA.
The money from the sale of ammonia is placed in ARMA deposits, where, after agreement with the Cabinet of Ministers, they will be transferred to buy military bonds. At the same time, the government has agreed to purchase ARMA military bonds for 300 million hryvnias.
Recall that last week Vladimir Zelensky put a condition for Russia, after which Ukraine could agree to the transit of Russian ammonia.
