Today, Tuesday, November 8, the 2022 edition of CADE Executives kicks off under the theme “Peru in an emergency, Peruvians in action”. This will be the first time the event has been held in person since the pandemic.
President of CADE Executives-60 Editions, Felipe Valencia Dongotold the RPP that this event will focus on three pillars.
“We are committed to doing our part for the emergency the country is in and CADE Ejecutivos 2022 invites us as a country to return to what is needed: private investment for progress, a functioning state and strong and democratic institutions. “, he said during the News Extension program.
Valencia-Dongo points out that these pillars must be developed simultaneously in order to contribute to the progress of the country in the face of the situation emergency which alerts your sector.
“We believe we are in a political, social and economic crisis exacerbated by a complex and uncertain international context, and this leaves many Peruvians wondering what to do. The country is in a chronic emergency,” he said.
Valencia-Dongo notes that due to low the economic growth no reduction in poverty is expected by the end of 2022.

The representative of CADE also emphasized that the event will bring together not only business sectorand in various industries that are important in the country’s economy.
“CADE is undoubtedly a business forum, but we are not just business people who attend, representatives of the public sector, the private sector, civil society and public figures participate as exhibitors or participants,” he added.
At the moment, President Pedro Castillo has not yet confirmed his participation in the event, but the head of the Ministry of Economy and Finance Curt Burneo will be present.
Other important presentations will be presentations by the President of the Central Reserve Bank, Julio Velarde; President of the Supreme Court of the Republic and the Judiciary, Elvia Barrios; Attorney of the Nation Patricia Benavidez; and Congressional President Jose Williams.
