More than 11,000 people have signed the petition. If it gets 25,000 votes, it will be considered by the President of Ukraine.
Ukrainian business is asking President Volodymyr Zelensky to unblock the registration of tax invoices. This is stated in the electronic petition published on the website of the head of state.

“In this difficult time of war, Ukrainian business is trying to work in good faith and help the military, but the possibility of normal operation is complicated due to the blocking of tax invoices (TN),” said petition, initiated by Larisa Trokhimenko.
According to him, when registering tax invoices for October 2022, mass tax blocking began, and operations (especially services) permanent for businesses were blocked (90% of the total number of payers of tax the taxpayer is blocked).
“We propose to completely cancel the blocking of tax invoices during martial law, because such conditions created the basis for the transfer of business to the “shadow”. After the end of the war, the victory of Ukraine, develop new parameters of the program to identify real abuses,” said the authors of the petition.
It is indicated that the server of the State Tax Service works only on weekdays and only from 8:00 to 18:00. At the same time, the optimal registration time takes at least 4 hours. When the tax server does not work, taxpayers are not extended the registration period, although it is due to the “fault” of the tax. The server is also closed on weekends. And when the 15th falls on a Saturday, the days for registration are gone. That is, the taxpayer’s right to the number of days given for registration is violated.
“Accountants of Ukraine propose to leave the registration time alone, so that VAT registration works around the clock without days off (as at the very beginning, when such registration was created) , and if the tax server does not work (one day, two days or three days) – then these days are automatically added to the last day of registration (standard mode) and they do not have the right to impose fines for registration in “additional days,” the petition said.
It is said that taxpayers are looking for opportunities to register, and for them there are no reasons for them – as a result, fine.
More than 11,000 people have signed the petition. If in the remaining 82 days it gets 25,000 votes, then it will be considered by the President of Ukraine.
Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelensky responded to a petition to set the salary level for all representatives of Ukraine at the level of the minimum wage.
