This week the hotel company Selinawhich has been operating in Peru since 2018, began trading on Nasdaq, one of the largest electronic exchanges in New York (USA).
Chain Hotelswhich has four operations in the country and creates more than 600 jobs, merged with BOA Acquisition Corp prior to going public.
From this month BOA has become subsidiary Directly and wholly owned by Selina and currently traded under the symbol “SLNA” and “SLNAW”.
The Selina and BOA business combination is expected to generate $54 million in equity through private placement financing and $118 million in subscriptions.
“We hope to use this capital to increase long-term profitability, implement new offerings that facilitate meaningful connections, and improve our technology to support our rapid global expansion,” said Rafael Museri, director of Selina.
