An e-queue has been introduced for grain corridor vessels

This technology was previously introduced in the Danube ports and has already demonstrated its effectiveness.

Since October 26, the Ukrainian Sea Ports Administration (USPA) has introduced an electronic queue for the approach and processing of ships bound for the ports of the Odessa region along the grain corridor. This was reported by the company’s press service on Facebook on Wednesday.

Information about the electronic queue has been published on the official USPA website from today. This technology was previously introduced and proved effective in the Danube ports.

According to Aleksey Vostrikov, head of the business, unlike the queue at the Danube ports, the queue at the Odessa ports is subject to changes due to technical nuances, such as the unavailability of the ship for inspection, etc. But the reasons for these changes will be determined separately for each vessel.

Remember that in recent days the capacity of the grain corridor has decreased by 25-30%. This is due to the conscious action of Russia.

According to the latest data, the line in the Bosphorus is growing and there are 165 ships in it.
