According to the results of September, Ukraine exported 6.9 million tons of agricultural products, said Denis Marchuk, deputy head of the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council, on Monday, October 3.

“We saw quite good dynamics in August. But in September this figure was better and surprised us. We export our products more intensively. Only through Odessa ports in August we exported 1.7 million tons of products. So, in September this number was 3.8 million,” said Marchuk.
According to him, in just one month, 6.9 million tons of grain and oilseeds were delivered.
“That is, it is almost 7 million tons. This means that we have reached the pre-war period. Yes, maybe not all the possibilities of the ports are involved … But this is also a very good figure. The dynamic it shows Ukraine’s actual fulfillment of its obligations. As an export We show to the whole world that we are a state committed that all the positions signed in Istanbul are working, “said Marchuk.
He recalled that the 100-day grain agreement expired on November 19.
“It is important that the intensity does not decrease … It is important for us that the grain corridor continues to work in winter, summer and spring,” added the specialist.
It should be noted that within two months of the grain agreement, 252 ships with 5.7 million tons of agricultural products left Ukrainian ports.
