The winner of the auction within the framework of small privatization is Vitagro Energy LLC, MP Sergei Labazyuk.
As part of “small privatization” for UAH 150 million, they sold a separate property of Marilovka alcohol storage place in SE Ukrspirt (Ternopil region). This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.
“The second online privatization auction since the beginning of the large-scale raid has successfully ended with the sale of the property at a price almost three times higher than the beginning. The winner of the auction offered UAH 150,001,000 at the starting price which is UAH 54,324,111,” the message said.
It was noted that by the end of this year, within the framework of “small privatization” it is planned to sell 150 objects.
According to First Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Economy Yuliy Sviridenko, the proceeds will go to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The place of production, activity and storage of alcohol of the state company Ukrspyrt of Marilovka was modernized in 2018. The profile activity is the production of rectified and denatured ethyl alcohols (currently temporarily suspended). The business has basic technological equipment, all necessary communications are connected.
Four contestants competed for the right to get it. After signing the sale and purchase agreement, the new owner will receive production facilities and equipment, a grain warehouse and transportation, the Ministry of Economy added.

LLC Fortuner Realty offered UAH 150 million for the distillery (UAH 1,000 less than the final price of the lot), and First Podolskaya Energy Company LLC (Teofipol, Khmelnytsky region) – UAH 110 million (UAH 40 million lower).
Recall, on September 19, the State Property Fund sold the property of the Kobylovotsky distillery in the Ternopil region for UAH 70.3 million. This is the first small-scale privatization auction since the beginning of the war.
Earlier, the parliament adopted a bill on simplifying privatization.
