The procedure for adopting the state budget of Ukraine for 2023 shall follow a shortened procedure.
The Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada considered the draft state budget for 2023 and “took”. This was announced by the people’s representative from the Golos faction, the first deputy head of the finance, tax and customs policy committee Yaroslav Zheleznyak on Telegram on Tuesday, September 20.
“This is the first stage – a presentation. Then a presentation in the Rada hall without a vote. For – 19,” said the town representative.
According to him, there is no “against” or “abstain”. Only one did not vote.
Zheleznyak also said that the procedure for adopting the state budget of Ukraine for 2023 should go through a shortened procedure.
According to the representative of the people, the budget will be presented in the next few days, in the first week of October there will be a vote for the deputies’ proposals (first reading), and in the third week of October the final version will be voted on. (second reading and throughout).
Remember, on September 13, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the draft budget-2023. And the next day it was submitted to Parliament.
