“It will be both direct lending and financial guarantees and trade finance instruments. It is expected that such financing will also mobilize private loan capital, since the IFC usually finances no more than 30% of the project cost , involving commercial banks in the financial agreement, ” said the deputy minister. economics Alexander Griban.

At the same time, in October, the World Bank will present a trust fund to support Ukraine, including the allocation of $36 billion to finance next year’s budget deficit and also $17 billion to restore Ukraine’s infrastructure and economy.
It was noted that the amount of $17 billion should cover the basic needs for the restoration of critical infrastructure and the provision of insurance for foreign investments.
According to the Ministry of Finance, since the beginning of the war with Russia, Ukraine has received $17.422 billion from partners, or 52% of declared aid totaling $33.325 billion.
