Zac Tahan said he could not sleep Tuesday night because he knew the suspect was still at large after the mass shooting at a subway car in Brooklyn that left dozens injured.
He may be sleeping better now after helping apprehend the suspect on Wednesday.

Tahan said he called police to arrest James.
