- CrediScotia Financiera offers a MasterCard Without Membership credit card.
- Caja Rural de Ahorro y Crédito Cencosud Scotia offers a Visa Simple credit card.
What is a membership?
An annual membership is a fee charged by financial institutions for card-based benefit management services, such as administering rewards programs, whether points or miles.
If you want to benefit from Credit cards it will be subject to membership fees, which may eventually be exempt, but it is necessary to ask the banks if the consumption each month can access the exemption or it is necessary to have a minimum consumption,
Please note that if it is purchased in installments with a credit card, it is not exempt from membership fees, as it is a one-time consumption funded by several installments, as opposed to receiving basic services, which are considered monthly consumption.
