Thus, over the past month, prices for food and non-alcoholic beverages increased by 0.8%. Above all (by 8.7%) the price of eggs increased. Prices for processed cereals, rice, pork, oil, fish and fish products, non-alcoholic beverages, bread and butter increased by 5.1-1.1%. At the same time, fruits, beef and vegetables fell in price by 5.4-1.9%.
Prices for alcoholic beverages and tobacco products rose 1.3%, inclusive. for tobacco products – by 1.8%, alcoholic beverages – by 0.8%.
The price of clothing and footwear fell by 3.5%, including shoes – by 3.8%, clothing – by 3.2%.
Transportation prices decreased by 0.3% due to cheaper fuel and lubricating oil by 4.4%. At the same time, the cost of passenger transport travel increased by 2.9%.
In the field of communication, prices increased by 2.1% due to an increase in the cost of mobile communications by 4.1% and postal services by 2.6%.
According to National Bank forecasts, consumer prices will increase by 31% by the end of 2022.
