Fuel: world prices for gasoline, diesel fuel and liquefied gas fell again

International fuel reference prices continue to fall this month, according to a recent report by the Peruvian Consumer and User Affairs Agency (OPEC), based on a publication by Osinergmin.

This week prices for gasoline, fuel oil, diesel and liquefied petroleum gas declined as much as 5.17% per gallon, declining for the eighth week in a row.

Petrol

Gasoline and gasohols were the ones to report the biggest discounts for the week, dropping from 1.54% to 5.17%, which should mean prices drop from S/0.20 to S/0.84 per gallon at prices shown cranes.

Diesel

According to Guardian, diesel 0-2500 ppm and 2500-5000 ppm have cut their wholesale prices to 14.45 and 12.04 shillings per gallon respectively, which means a reduction of 0.25 to 0.28 shillings per gallon on taps.

CIS

Finally, automotive liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) fell 0.69% per gallon, while bottled LPG fell 0.78% per kilogram. This means that only S/0.02 will be reduced in price.
