“Of course, there are some nuances related to the import of some equipment and the selection of a company for construction, but these are technical details. The ambassador recalled that at the end of July the Cabinet of Ministers approved the agreement on the construction of the plant and submitted it to the parliament for approval.

It seems to me that despite the continuous approval process, the company has begun preparations to begin construction of this plant,” added Bodnar.
