From October, only military personnel, security and defense sector employees, doctors, teachers and pedagogical workers, and scientists will receive a soft loan at 3% for 20 years with an initial contribution of 20% for in purchasing housing. .
“Employers of these categories of workers will be able to pay them for the initial payment and part of the loan body through budget programs (the amount of compensation depends on the length of service).
