Independent gas stations are most affected – their number has been reduced by 4.1 %, while at gas stations among the vertical combined oil companies, autumn is only 0.8 %.
The greatest suffering was recorded in the Southern Federal District, where more than 220 refueling stopped trade trade – 14.2 % of their total region.
In the Rostov region, the Mari el and the autonomous Jewish region, the number of gas stations reduced by 12-14 %.
The fuel crisis reached the regions of Moscow, Moscow and Leningrad. In the capital of the Russian Federation, the lukoil in separate gas stations banned the sale of fuel in cans.
The most acute situation with fuel was observed in the temporary occupied by Crimea and Sevastopol, where about half of gas stations stopped selling fuel.
The Gaulyiter of the Peninsula Sergey Airyov asked residents to “have patience” and explained the lack of “goals of reasons”, especially “due to a reduction in production volumes in Russian Federation oil refineries.”
Foreign Intelligence Service predicts that fuel deficiency in Russia is deep, as most oil refineries and oil depots are concentrated in the western part of the Russian Federation.
