Ukraine’s State Property Fund sold the State Stake for more than 73% of the authorized Kyiv Factory of Quantum for 401.5 million UAH. It was reported on Thursday, September 25th.
“The FDI team conducted a successful auction to patriotize the state of shares at a scale of 73,2784% of the Kwant’s authorized capital capital. Five participants competed in the auction for the facility, which led to a cost of 2.32 times from the start of 172 961 546 Hryvnia to FINAL – 401 500 I000.00 Hryvnias, ”reports.
The winner of the auction is General Agro Trade LLC. According to the YouControl system, the company is registered in 2018 at KYIV, the main activity is determined by providing their own or leased real estate.
The new owner is conducting to repay the business debt on wages and the budget for six months, as well as avoid removal of employees for six months.
The volume of the plant is located in the Goloseevsky district of capital, near the Vasilkovskaya meter station.
“Among the main advantages are the large area of labor facilities and an interesting location, creating additional opportunities for developing and doing business,” added FDIU.
Recall that in August an auction was held for the sale of 100% of VinnitSapobuthim enterprise shares. During the auction, the successful rate was doubled, and the winner of the auction was ready to pay 608 million hryvnias. Previously, this business belonged to Russian oligarch Vladimir Plasovsky, who was falling under the penalties.
