The US Department of Justice Requires the Adx Adx advertising Exchange company, accusing Google of abuse of a monopoly.

The next antitrust process against Google began in the USA, Reuters reports. The Alphabet’s mother company aims to prevent forced sale of advertising business components, especially the ADX exchange where publishers pay Google 20% of the commission for selling advertising at online auctions.

The United States Department of Justice, along with the State Coalition, insists that such a step is required to restore the competition. Judge Leoni Brinkiana had earlier ruled that Google had illegally combined ADX with her own server for publishers, who were used to control digital advertising. According to a representative of the Ministry of Justice, Julia Tarver Wood, to leave Google the opportunity to continue this training is “super dangerous”.

For part of it, company attorney Karen Dunn called the government’s proposals “radical and without responsibility”, saying they could only join the competition, leaving Google with the market.

Google offers not to sell ADX, but to change politics to make it easier for publishers to cooperate with other platforms. However, the Ministry of Justice considers that this is not enough. Some witnesses of the process, in particular, the head of the advanced local Grant Witmore, supported the government position and called Google to sell not only ADX, but also the server for publishers.

We will remind you, earlier it was reported that Google would avoid the sale of Chrome and Android by the decision of the court.
