The publication writes that users spend more time on chats, which is faster and more voluntary business than classical social networks. Telegram, WhatsApp and Viber have already opened the entire platform for launching products, selling and building communities, allowing companies to reduce reliance on Facebook or Instagram or Instagram algorithms.
“It is to messengers that brands are having the opportunity to showcase care and provide more than general information about the product,” Babenko said.
According to him, businesses actively use channels with exclusive content, chat bots to support customers, and also form a community around the products.

In the future, these tools may slightly replace e-mail marketing and social networks with a number of segments.
