The State Draft budget for 2026 was drawn considering -the fact that the war will continue within 2026, says Alexei Goncharenko.
The government has placed the average dollar exchange rate next year at 45.7 UAH. This was announced by the People’s deputy from European Solidarity Alexei Goncharenko on his Telegram Channel on Wednesday, September 17.
The human deputy first mentioned: the state-201 budget project was prepared in the hope that the war would continue throughout 2026.
According to him, the Finance Minister said Segei Marchenko about this in submitting a document to Rada’s Budget Committee
Goncharenko then added that at the same time “the government laid the average dollar exchange rate of 45.7 UAH.”
As we wrote earlier, the dollar has fallen into world markets in the first year’s expectations since December last year to reduce the interest rates of the Federal Reserve System (FED) on September 17.
It was also known that in August, the Ukrainians began to buy dollars again.
Prior to this, within four months, the dollar part was reduced, and the euro part grew.
