The Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko has issued the mission representatives of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) a letter with a request for a new cooperation program. He reported this to the Telegram Channel on Tuesday following an IMF mission meeting.
“Ukraine has passed a record 8 reviews according to the current program. I am grateful to the IMF for supporting all these people of the entire aggression. But active hosses are ongoing, and the project of the 2026 state budget is formed in the hope that war is far from completing,” the official writer.
During the meeting, he would give the IMF mission head to Gavin Gray a letter with a request for a new cooperation program, which should support Ukraine in the next few years.
He also noted that in the conversation the parties discussed the state-201 budget project.
“Our priority does not change – financing Defense and Social Programs. For this we are working in search for internal resources and mobilizing international financing,” Sviridenko sank.
