Volvo has officially announced the completion of the manufacture of the Flagship Station V90. The final copy will leave the assembly line this month, and there is no direct alternative for the model. In addition, the company is seriously considering the possibility of completely abandoning the wagons at the station, Motor1 reports.

Volvo Director General Jim Rowen has confirmed that the V90 will disappear in September, and the younger V60 will also not receive a new generation after completing his life cycle. So far, it remains in the work, but the future model is unclear.

Meanwhile, the S90 Sedan, is only continuing for the elected Asian markets, in particular China. The fuel version worldwide replaces the electric ES90. And the revived name XC70 is now not belonging to the universal of the increased Cross -Country capabilities, but in the crossover – again focused especially for Chinese consumers.

Volvo hints that slightly fill the gap for “long roof” fans may be the XC60 crossover, which is planned to add the features of the station cart.

We will remind you, earlier, Mercedes-Benz reported that EQE was going to stop making in 2026.
