Receipts of the General State Budget Fund in August reached UAH 242.9 billion taxes, fees and other ordered payments.
In August, the total and special state funds of the state budget received 314.2 billion taxes in UAH, fees and other payments, which were 38.7% more than July 226.6 billion). This was reported by the Ministry of Finance with a reference to state certificate operating data.
The receipts in the total state budget funds in August reached 242.9 billion taxes on UAH, fees and other ordered payments.
Among the payments regulated by the tax and customs authorities, the basic revenues are provided at the expense of:

51.1 Billion UAH – Business income tax;

46 billion UAH – imported VAT;

30.7 Billion UAH – Individual income tax and military fees;

23.4 billion UAH – VAT (from 38 billion UAH collected, 14.6 billion – reimbursed);

26.8 Billion UAH – Excise Tax;
-
5.4 Billion UAH – rent payments.

4.6 Billion UAH – Customs payments.
Also, the budget received an additional UAH 3.5 billion, as part of the net profit (revenue) of business organizations, which were removed from the state budget in accordance with the law.
In addition, the budget received funds received in the form of International Assistance (Grants) in the volume of UAH 44 billion, as part of the implementation of the Financial Mediation Fund for the promotion of resources to invest in the strengthening of Ukraine between Ukraine and the ICBR.
In addition, the 54.1 billion UAH of a single social contribution has received pension funds and social insurance funds.
In January-August 2025, 1.71 trillion hryvnias was received by the general state budget fund, and considering the intelligence fund, the receipt reached 2.41 trillion UAH. At the same time, state budget cash costs for this period have been funded for 3.23 trillion UAH, including total funds – 2.5 trillion hryvnias.
Keep in mind that Verkhovna Rada has been adopted as a whole of a state budget amendment bill for 2025, which provides an increase in costs that are not a non -refinement of more than 40 billion UAHs.
Earlier it was reported that a large “hole” was formed on the Ukraine budget and the changes in the main financial document had to be made until September.
