Land -owned and tenants of land plots in January – July 2025 moved about 25.5 billion UAH for land for local budgets. This was reported by the tax service in the state of Ukraine.
It is mentioned that it is about 15.9 %, or by 3.5 billion UAH more than the corresponding period of last year. In January – July 2024, the receipt reached nearly 22 billion hryvnias.
Most of the funds are paid by DNIPROPETROVSK payers – 4.5 billion UAH. Payers of KYIV pay 3.7 billion UAH, Odessa region – 2.2 billion UAH, LVIV – 1.7 billion hryvnias.
As reported, for the first half of 2025, 526.8 million UAHs are paid considering the VAT for the right to use agricultural lands within the Land Bank plot.
Remember that in 2023 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was adopted as a whole of a bill that provides for the transfer of all state lands for rent and permission to submit them.
