In July of last year, 11,465 Tesla cars were sold to EU countries, while this year – only 6,600. The brand shares the EU’s new cars market reduced from 1.3% to 0.7%.
In January-July 2025, Tesla sales in EU countries were reduced by 43.5%-from 137,071 to 77,446 cars. Part of the company market fell from 2.1% to 1.2%.
In EU countries, as well as in Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and the UK, Tesla sales in July were reduced by 40.2% to 8,837 cars, and in the first seven months of the year – by 33.6%, up to 119 013 cars.
Tesla sales in Europe have been falling since the beginning of the year. This was facilitated by the opposing conduct of the Ilon mask, his willingness to cooperate with US President Donald Trump, and the open support of Ultra -politicians in Europe, which brought a negative attitude to the company to the people.
Remember that sales of new Tesla cars in the UK and Germany in July were strictly reduced by more than 55%.
Earlier, the Tesla Electric Vehicles manufacturer published a financial report for the second quarter of 2025, reflecting a significant deterioration in the company’s indicators against the rear of sales and political activities of the Ilon mask.
