Artificial intelligence is ahead of the changing client service in digital industries, the director of Casino.ua Alexander Babenko said on the War Isua website.
According to him, the AI becomes a major tool for changing the service of the service, allowing you to combine automation of processes with increasing speed response with requests. However, Babenko noted that technologies have not yet allowed live communication exclusion with customers.
