TRML-4D and Spexer radars are part of the air defense system of near and small action radius.
German defense industry company Hensoldt received a huge order worth more than 340 million euros for providing radars to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense. On Thursday, July 24, the company reported.
It is noted that the company will provide TRML-4D and Spexer radars, which is part of the air-defense system of the near and low range ordered by the German armed forces.
“Our high -performance radars immediately require air defense in Ukrainian. Many radars have been defending Ukraine since the beginning of Russia’s aggressive war,” said the general director of Hensoldt Oliver Derre.
The TRML-4D radar is based on radar technology and provides rapid discovery and escorts of about 1,500 targets within a radius of 250 kilometers. This technology is quick to detect, accompany and classify all kinds of wind targets: cruise missiles, drones, aircraft and helicopter.
Spexer radars can observe different ranges for automatic detection and classification of land, sea and low -flying targets.
Spexer 2000 is part of the new Skyranger 30 Air Defense System. It is also used in installing a Feldlager German artillery and a qualified air defense.
Earlier it was reported that Patriot Air Defense Systems, promised by US president Donald Trump to move to Ukraine, could be moved to the Ukrainian side earlier than eight months later.
