“The network problem was resolved, and the Starlink service was restored. We understand how important the connection is and we apologize for the interruptions,” the report said.
Starlink Vice President Michael Nichols said work problems arise due to the failure of basic internal software services that control the main network.
“Sorry for the temporary failure of the work of our service; we are very trying to provide a high network network and completely eliminate this problem so that it will never happen again,” Nichols said.
