For the first half of 2025, 526.8 million UAHs are paid considering VAT for the right to use agricultural lands within the Land Bank framework. This is announced by the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
It is noted that from January 1 to July 1, 2025 to the Prozorro system. The sales are announced online auctions on the submarine of the state -agricultural land with a total of 48,390 hectares in 19 regions of Ukraine. 388 successful auctions were conducted, which ended with the contract signing. Approximately 30,000 hectares of land have been transferred to the legal use of farmers in transparent and desirable terms.

It was reported that the most expensive platform was the “Land Bank Diamond” with an area of 3969 hectares in the Kirovograd region: the winner of the soft signed sublease agreement and paid the entire annual subwamberry rate of 78.6 million hryvnias along with VAT.
