The Ministry of Development’s decision as a whole will positively affect the bus transport market and, in particular, the functioning of the eochech system, which works with crossing border points, said the KLR Bus Carrier Company’s founder.
The Ukrainian operator of the international passenger’s transport of the KLR supported the decision of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territory on the removal of 115 international bus routes. This was announced in the news commentary in Ukrainian by the founder of the company Andrei Khokali.
By the end of last month, the Ministry of Development conducted a network of a 500 international bus route and decided to close 115 of them. According to Khorokali, this decision as a whole will positively affect the entire bus transport market and, in particular, with the functioning of the Eorech system, which works with border crossing points.
The founder of the KLR bus believes that this initiative of the Ministry of Development “is up to date as it has been proposed in times of need.”
“Now the months -time are vacation months, and many people use bus tours.
Hokhari also revealed the key factors that led to the inability to conduct transportation on canceled routes.
“First, it is safety. A significant portion of the routes begins or passes through the regions of active shelling-kharkov, Sumy, Zaporozhye. From KLR bus experience: Our buses are back from Kharkov and Dnieper after a missile strike with a broken windows and a broken body and fragments. to stir, “he said.
Another problem is the “shadow” bearers that are not harmful to official routes.
“Now there are” gray “and” black “bearers on the market with one, two, three buses. There are also companies with 30-40 minibus in their park and conducting flights without permits,” Khorkovy said.
Remember that by the end of last month, Ukraine completed the screening in two sections of EU -EU – 14 “Transportation” and 21 “Trans -european Transport Network” sections. According to its results, it was found that the country had to implement nearly 400 regulations of more than 3,000 reviews. We talk about following the key directives in Europe.
