The money will be credited to a special state budget fund and transfer to the recovery fund.
The President of the Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky approved the state budget laws according to an agreement with the United States to the subsoil in our state. This has been confirmed by the Card of Bill No. 13256 of the amendments to the budget code on the Verkhovna Rada website.
Changes in the budget code are required for the implementation of regulation in the filling of the US-Ukrainian Investment Recovery Fund.
Ukraine’s contribution consists of half of the funds received after entering the strength of the agreement from:

Rephents in molding morrams (oil, gas, gas condensate and everything indicated in Appendix A to agreement) from new licenses,

The release of new special resolutions for subsoil use,

The sale of the state’s part of the products under new selves in dividing the products.
This money will be credited to the Special State Budget Fund and transferred to the Recovery Fund.
Remember, on May 1, the Ukraine and the United States signed an agreement on creating a combined investment fund of restoring with equal participation of both parties. On May 10, Zelensky signed a law on strengthening the subsoil agreement with the United States.
On May 23, Ukraine and the United States officially launched an investment fund as part of a subsoil agreement. The funds will invest in the USA and Ukraine, in projects for the acquisition of our country’s natural resources, ports and other infrastructure.
