Duty Free Duty -Free Shops can sell goods only to citizens traveling outside Ukraine or passengers of international flights, provided that citizens are shown in a passport document. This is stated in solving Minister’s Cabinet No. 741 of June 25.
It is noted that on the store of the store trade in a well -known place, the announcements should be placed that the sale of goods is carried out exclusively subject to the presentation of the people’s passport. There should also be announcements for the ban on the sale of beer, alcohol, low -alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, etc.
According to the published policies, the work areas of the cash register zones are equipped with cameras to ensure video shooting of the purchase/sale process.
Products in such stores should have a marking used for customary purposes and allow them to identify. The scoring should be carried out no later than three days after putting such goods in duty free mode.
It is not allowed to sell goods from auxiliary areas and from the warehouse, according to samples, initial orders and through installations.
Remember that last year, the Ministers’ cabinet had limited the sale of cigarettes and alcohol to free duty stores for martial law.
