The volume of national national basics paid to Ukrainians for April has increased

The money was taken by those accumulated by more than two hryvnias of cashback and activated the card for national cashback payments.

The Ministers Cabinet for April paid 3.4 million to Uhrainians UAH 445 million as part of the National Keshbek program, compared to March, the number of recipients did not change, but the volume increased by 2 million UAH, or 0.45%. This was reported by the Ministry of Economics on Monday, June 16.

The money was received by those accumulated by more than two hryvnias of cashback and activated the card for national cashback payments to the DIA application, the government explained.

The Ministry of Economy recalled that in September 2024 (Beta trial period), the Ukrainians received 37.2 million UAHs. The entire launch of the program took place on October 11, in the same month the volume increased three times – to 119.2 million UAH. In addition, the amount of payments grew: in November it reached UAH 232 million, in December and January – 714 million UAH, in February – 384 million UAH.

The purpose of the program is to change consumer behavior in favor of Ukrainian products.

For consumers, approximately 400 thousand goods are registered in the program, in addition to which foods, building materials, clothing, shoes, cosmetics, household chemicals, hygiene products, furniture, home appliances, animal goods, etc.

As we wrote in March, the amount of funds that Ukrainians accumulated under the National Keshbek program in February reached 384 million hryvnias, 8% less than January.
