In Ukraine, demand for hybrid cars grew 43%

In the segment of new cars, the head of the Ukrainian hybrid market remains Toyota RAV-4.

In May, the Ukrainian Armada was replenished with more than 3 thousand hybrid cars, 43% more than last year. This was reported by the UkravtoMrom on Thursday, June 12.

It is mentioned that part of the new cars in this amount was 60%, against 55% last year.

Thus, in the segment of new cars, the head of the Hybrid Market remains Toyota RAV-4 (439 units)

While the second result was Nissan Qashqai (91 unit)

And the third most popular – Audi Q8 (79 units)

At the same time, among the imported hybrids with mileage, the Toyota Prius (101 units) championship. Also in the top three: Kia Niro (65 units) and Ford Fusion US (59 units).

Remember that in Ukraine the demand for Chinese cars collapsed. In the first quarter of 2025, consumers in Ukraine got 2641 units. Passenger cars imported from China, which were 36% lower compared to the same period of 2024.

It is also reported that in Ukraine demand for electric cars is growing. In March, the Ukrainian Armada was replenished with 4680 units. Cars on battery batteries (BEV).
