The federal appeal court allowed Donald Trump Donald Trump to continue applying his global role and designated hearing on the blocking of tariffs on July 31. It was written by Bloomberg on Wednesday, June 11.

“The Federal Court of Appeal has decided that Donald Trump can continue to introduce his global tariffs, which has been a success for the president to one of his major economic policies,” the material said.

The decision continues in the previous short -interm delay for the administration, as it appeals the decision of the lower court of last month, blocking the tariffs.

The Ministry of Justice argued that American officials’ concerns about current trade negotiations are more than economic damage, which small businesses have filed a lawsuit.

The Ministry of Justice appealed to the US Federal Court of Appeal with the request to expand a short -term break in the work of a lower court, which on May 28 decided that most Trump’s tariffs were illegal. The government said the decision was the President’s ability to pursue a foreign policy.

Remember that the USA Trading Court has canceled the tariffs that Trump introduced. The International Trade Court said the US Constitution provides exclusive powers to organize trade with other countries that are not canceled by the extraordinary power of the US economy’s president.
