Journalists have found that the French Automotive Corporation, which will open a drone factory in Ukraine, will be Renault. The company will work with the French enterprise that specializes in the defense industry. This was reported by the Franceinfo’s France edition that there was a reference to resources in Renault.
Representatives of the French automaker have confirmed that the country’s government has contacted the company, but they have noticed that no decisions have been made to this day.
Such collaboration is a point of releasing the relationships between Ukraine and France. It symbolizes Europe’s rearmament and has increased investment in the defense industry.
Some of the drones that Renault will make in Ukraine will be used by the French army.
As you know, the head of the Ministry of Defense of Defense of France Sebastien Lexorny said Paris was caught behind Kyiv in the globe of drones. Therefore, such a step can be of benefit for France. He believes that for the assembly of drones it is not worth attracting French workers, because in Ukraine there are enough people to perform this work.
We added that in March it became known that France would provide Ukraine for military assistance for the 195 million euro with interest in frozen Russian owners.
