In the activities of companies controlled by Air businessman with Roman Micheshka, the signs of possible tax prevention were revealed. It was reported by the RBC-Ukraine that there was a reference to the materials of a journalistic investigation on Wednesday, May 28th.

According to official numbers, in 2024, ongoing planes spent 32.9 million UAH in salary, and NZO -Praseshns LLC – 33.5 million UAH. However, the amount of their activities is not comparable to such values. In the first year of war, the first company’s income grew 14 %, and the second on the record – 4138 %.
“The average monthly salaries in both companies are from just 14 to 22 thousand UAHs, which is an abnormally low indicator for aircraft bags, where workers should obtain certification, self -English technical and high responsibility,” the journalists wrote.
According to them, the most popular Skyap Industries companies and Ukrainian helicopters in the same 2024 spent on wages each of more than 1 billion UAH, and the average salary of both specialists reached 98-172 thousand UAHs monthly. That is, 5-8 times more than Roman Mileshka companies. This may indicate the use of tax prevention schemes, in particular, salary payments “in envelopes”.
According to journalists, over the past three years, in a full -time war war, companies from Orbit Mileshka may have undergone the state of nearly 400 million UAH – considering income tax on individuals, erus and military training.
The publication noted that in June 2024, the Bureau of Economic Security (BEB) opened a pre -trial investigation against the NZO -pereshns LLC on the reality of possible tax prevention. However, further investigation really stopped.
Journalists also wrote that Mileshka repeatedly appeared in investigations about non -compliance with deadlines for implementing defense contracts, reducing the amount of work and the installation of potentially dangerous equipment for battle helicopters. Some of these are also associated with contractors with contacts with the Russian Federation or previously worked in Russian structures.
