In particular, the company reported the loading of the oil tanker Matala under the Maltese flag at the port of Sidr. It will deliver 1 million barrels of oil to Italy.

Oil production has also started. The field owned by Vaha Petrol started operations, as well as production in five fields owned by El-Huruç and Arabian Gulf Oil Company.

Production will increase in phases until it returns to normal levels, the corporation assured.

It was previously reported that the Russian oil discount to Brent exceeded $40. So, Russia is trying to find new markets for its oil after the imposition of sanctions by Western countries.
