Compared to 2023, exports and imports increase by 9.4% and 7%, respectively. The main export goods are mineral fuel (6.8 billion euros), de -electrical equipment (4.3 billion euros) and cars (4.2 billion euros).
Compared to 2021, exporting from the EU to Ukraine of mineral fuel (by 4.1 billion euros) increased above all, as the importation of this fuel from Russia and Belarus to Ukraine was reduced and partially replaced by imports from the EU.
The major groups of goods imported from Ukraine in 2024 included agricultural products, such as grain, 4.4 billion euros, animals and vegetable fats and oils (3.1 billion euros) and oil oils and their processing products (2.5 billion euros).
Grain imports, compared to 2021, increased 2.7 billion euros, animals or vegetable fats and oils of 1 billion euros, oilseeds and their processing products – by 1.1 billion euros.
