Nafttogaz’s Supervisory Board is looking for the new leader of the “worldwide” team, but it has become the current leader of UKRNAFTA and UKRTATNAFTA.
Sergey Koresky was elected by the new head of the Naftogaz Board. This was officially reported by the company’s press service on Tuesday, April 29.
“Koresky is currently head of the PJSC Ukrnaft and PJSC UKRTATNAFT, and in this capacity has come to a new position from within the NAftogazovskiy family of businesses. He will hold an office as chairman of the NAC NAKO Nako Ukraine from May 14, 2025,” the report said.
The Nafttogaz Supervisory Board has argued that the new leader of the “worldwide” team leader. They believe that the koretky is “highly effective” will manage the company.
Also in Nafttogaz, they thanked the temporary acting chairman of the Roman Chumak Board for “tireless labor” during the election of the new energy company head. He continues to work as a group finance director.

It was also reported that Naftogaz until April 2026 expanded the impact of a fixed tariff for gas supply for the population. The price will remain at the level of 7.96 UAH per cubic meter and will be valid until April 30, 2026.
