“The 606 (taxes) inspections are ongoing, 346 documentary inspections are planned. Taxpayers are debating the administrative and judicial proceedings they take for 14.5 million hryvnias. The total amount of income paid to these individuals is $ 111 million,” he said.
According to the STS, in 2020-2022, 5435 the Ukrainians received revenue from placing content only. In total they have 7036 registered accounts (the platform allows you to register several accounts per person).
In September 2024, the STS received data about these Ukrainians as part of the UK tax information exchange, where the Fenix International LTD, which was only registered.
Received these data, Ukrainian tax authorities began to be sent to people who received revenue from this platform, requests with the request to provide a declaration or request to pay taxes. In total, 5126 such requests were sent. Some of the models who alone have decided to voluntarily file a declaration and pay taxes.
“748 people submitted a tax return. The amount of income that they declared was 356 million hryvnias,” the major tax authority said.
According to Kravchenko, some of the models who register FLP and pay a tax. At the same time, part of such people expresses income as individuals, which means they pay 18% of income tax and 1.5% of military fees (since 2025, this fee rate has increased to 5%).
In some cases, models can cooperate with Forsa agencies only and receive “in hand” only about 20% of the revenue listed on the platform. The rest has taken the agency as a fee for their services. Consequently, the amount of tax that STS demands from them may be equal to the size of the income that the revenue models really get.
