Generally, 30 reactors are built in the country – almost half the world. By the end of the decade, China hopes to go around the United States and become the largest atomic energy manufacturer worldwide.

On Sunday, the China State Council approved the construction of ten new nuclear reactors, proving that the nuclear energy would remain an integral part of the country’s move to pure energy. Bloomberg reported this on Monday, April 28th.

This is the four -year -old, when China claims at least ten new reactors. Currently, 30 reactors are built in the country – almost half the world. By the end of the decade, China hopes to go around the United States and become the largest atomic energy manufacturer worldwide.

The cost of ten new reactors is 200 billion yuan ($ 27 billion).

Four of them were received by the Chinese General Nuclear Energy Corporation. They are located in fancheng and taishan stations. Chinese National Nuclear Corporation, State Energy Investment Corporation and China Huaneng Group Co we received permits for the construction of two reactors each.

On Monday, the shares of Chinese energy companies grew: CGN Power CO in Hong Kong, 4.1%Rose.

China’s nuclear capacities are expected to reach 65 gigavatts by the end of 2025 against 60 gigavatts in 2023. By 2040, the volume of atom energy should grow to 200 gigavatts and will be about 10% of total electricity labor.

The key for implementing plans remains control over the costs: the cost of each reactor will be about $ 2.7 billion, excavated against the background of delays and overspender in the USA and Europe. PRC companies are gaining advantage thanks to state support, cheap loans and a stable construction rhythm, giving you to generate supply chains and accumulate experience.

Remember that the ultra-circular Uranus deposit in north-west China has been discovered in the area of the Zinchuan Ordos basin.

Earlier it was learned that Russia would give China’s uranium mines in Kazakhstan. Uranus reserves in Kazakhstan, which still do not have its own nuclear power plant, make up about 15% of all worlds and only less in Australia.
