The bank’s income before the tax reached UAH 18.6 billion, compared to 2023, this indicator doubled.
According to the results of 2024, the Oschadbank state received 7.9 billion hryvnias of net profit, which is 1.9 billion UAH more than last year. This was proven by the report of the bank’s audience last year, the press service of the Financial Institution reported Wednesday, April 23 ,.
In accordance with the government’s discretion, the net profit of the State Bank will be shared as follows:

50% of the net profit at 3.9 billion UAH will be sent for payment of state budget dividends;

5% net profit for 0.4 billion UAH – in the reserve fund;

45% of the net profit at 3.6 billion UAH – to cover accumulated losses of recent years.
According to reports, the bank’s income before the tax reached UAH 18.6 billion, compared to 2023, this indicator doubled. The operating profit of the financial institution associated with last year increased by 20% and exceeded the UAH 14 billion. Revenue tax costs for 2024 are worth UAH 10.7 billion.
Oshcadbank also reported the results of the work in the first quarter of 2025.
Thus, the net profit in the first three months of the current year is 4.8 billion UAH. At the same time, the net income of the bank’s interest reached nearly 7.4 billion UAH, more than 2 billion UAH (or by 39%) exceeded the result of the first quarter last year. The OSHCADBANK operating profit is about 5 billion UAH, which is a third more than a result of the same period of 2024.
Remember that the net profit of banks in Ukraine for 2024 has reached UAH 103.7 billion, which is 17.2 billion UAH over a year before. The largest part of the income – 39% – fell into the state privatbank.
The amount of losses caused to Ukrainian banks through Russian actions from 2014 to 2022 is over 70 billion UAH.
