From April 1, another 100 more drugs in Ukrainian -Made will be evaluated in Ukraine. Prices will decrease by an average of 17% due to agreements with pharmaceutical companies in Ukrainian. This was informed by the head of the Ministry of Health Viktor Lyashko on Tuesday, April 1.
The size of the discount depends on the drug – from 10% to over 60%, except for some expensive drugs.
The list includes drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, chronic respiratory virus infections, respiratory tract diseases, nerves and endocrine systems, gastrointestinal pathologies, as well as antipyretic drugs.
The Ministry of Health also recalled that in the framework of cooperation with national manufacturers, an agreement had reached a phased decline of prices for another 205 drugs. Of these, the 104 positions were cheaper, and another 101 would be cheaper in April.
Earlier, Ukraine’s pharmaceutical producers signed an expression of reducing a 30% of the cost of 100 most popular drugs from March 1. In total, in collaboration with manufacturers, the Ministry of Health Plans would reduce prices for 373 drugs.
Remember that from March 1, Ukraine has entered a cabinet resolution of ministers, which limits trade margins for certain drugs. Also, the Ministry of Health has published lists of drugs, prices of which should be reduced since the beginning of March.
In this regard, the media reported that after the introduction of market regulation in pharmacies, a lack of certain drugs appears.
