According to the publication, Hungary was the largest supplier, which received 42% of the imported electricity.
Part of the supplies also cost: 19% from Slovakia, 18% of Poland, 16% from Romania, and the rest from Moldova.
Increasing imports were recorded in all directions except Slovakia. At the same time, in the annual size (until March 2024), imports were reduced by almost 40%.
In March, Ukraine also doubled the export of electricity -up to 76,300 MW -Hour. This has become possible due to the growth of the generation in sunny power plants during the day, which has caused much to the energy system.
Remember that Ukraine is actively developing a shared generation to reduce hope in the centralized energy system. By the end of 2024, 967 MW of new capacities was appointed, and another 109 MW was at 2025.
