“At the same time, in the developmental phase, the draft of the aforementioned Decree No. 168 was not provided for approval or consideration of the gas station. In this connection, GRS did not make any decisions about the draft resolution,” the report said.
At the same time, the service emphasized that regulatory policy law applies to all draft actions in regulations.
“Thus, we can conclude that the government’s resolution has been adopted in violation of the customs of the current law,” the newspaper wrote.
