According to the NBU, on September 16, 2024, the only shareholder of the bank portal share was decided to terminate banking activities without the conclusion of a legal creature, and on February 20, 2025, the bank completed activities.
On February 1, the bank took the last place in terms of property – 268 million hryvnias. There is no way of individual and legal bench creatures.
The procedure for ending the implementation of banking activities without the end of a legal creature was conducted in accordance with Ukraine law In alleviating procedures for repairing and capitalization of banks. To terminate banking activities, the bank agrees with the NBU plan and fully fulfills obligations.
