The President of Poland Andrzej Duda has signed a law at the allocation of 60.2 billion zlotys (over $ 15 billion) to supply the first nuclear power plant in the country. This is reported by Onet.

The law provides for the repair of state company Polskie Elektrowne Jądrowe, who acts as an investor and the future operator of nuclear power plants. According to the plan, the filling of the concrete for the construction of the first reactor was expected in 2028, and the launch of the first power unit was expected in 2036.
