The Ukraine tax service service discovered a “Business Crushing” on two networks for the sale of Apple brand technology, which allowed them to avoid paying VAT for more than 286 million UAHs. This was announced by the head of Sts Ruslan Kravchenko.
Materials regarding all violations have been transferred to the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine.
According to Kravchenko, we are talking about two retail chains for selling Apple brand techniques, which owns more than 160 stores in the country. During the inspections, tax service officials found the huge reality of sales without the use of RRO/PRO, as well as the lack of accounting for goods and documents about the source of the equipment.
Only over the weekend, within the framework of nearly 150 control acquisitions, including these networks, 22 cases of release of non -documentary regulating are revealed.
Kravchenko added that the ongoing availability of tax authorities has stimulated income growth in stores at times. According to the results of more than 400 such as inspections, taxpayers are being punished for more than 85 million hryvnias.
The STS also provided the facts of the artificial division of sales of these networks: the legal creature attracts up to 300 FOPs according to a simplified system. 170 entrepreneurs involved in these manipulations have already been identified. Their total income is 1.72 billion UAH.
It is reported that, thanks to the inspections, these networks have stopped activities through a taxpayer and work in the form of limited liability companies in the general tax system and VAT payers. Their income has increased more than 10 times.
Remember that the state tax service in October 2024 as a result of inspections of equipment sales stores, including apple equipment, identified the violators, with a fine of more than 114 million hryvnias.
Earlier it was reported that in the Lviv region a group of people who established an illegal movement of apple equipment, as well as accessories here, were disclosed.
