Legislative changes about the elements of a simplified tax system will begin to develop only after the requirements for such reform, they assure the Ministry of Finance.
The Ministry of Finance does not plan to increase taxes for individual entrepreneurs (FOP). It was reported on Monday, March 17.
“The unknown telegram channels share information and clicks on the titles that the Ministry of Finance is already planning to increase taxes for the FOP. Such information is false and manipulative,” the report said.
The Ministry of Finance explained that legislative changes in elements of a simplified tax system will begin to work only after the requirements for such reform are made, not earlier than the year following one where steps to use data and accessing information on volume and transfer taxpayers to their bank accounts will be considered.
“This process will take place in public and will require public discussions, business and all branches of the authorities, as well as the involvement of international partners. Only after public discussions, legislative changes will be considered by Verkhovna Rada,” the department said.
The day before it was known as the government’s plan to reproduce taxes for FOPE. This is stated in the national approach for the Ministry of Finance income. Plan for more than three years, the one tax rate for legal creatures will grow by 18%. At the same time, the fopas of the second and third groups will be included in a group. Taxes are different.
